3.What kind of files do you accept for printing?
AI ,PDF, CDR is ok for us.
4.Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We are 20 years professional stationery factory,The strong person design team, can well understand customer's designs and switch to production,can also help customer to make designs according to their ideas;
5.How long can I expect to get the sample?
5~7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
6.How about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 2~4 weeks.
7.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF etc. 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery. Western Union/ Paypal for small amount payment.
